Originally from the Netherlands, my journey through several European countries eventually led me to Cologne, Germany where I've been happily rooted since 2009.

I ventured off in the world of painting 15 years ago, my initial introduced was by a friend. I quickly discovered the joy of creating individual art and experimenting with color combinations, shapes, composition & texture. My artistic style has grown organically from the freedom of the creative process, each piece I create is guided by intuition rather than a fixed concept.

My work is spontaneous often taking shape in the moment, blending abstract forms and elements that feel both familiar and fresh, inviting individual interpretation.

Importantly, "aesthetic" doesn’t always mean "pretty" in a conventional sense. Sometimes it means powerful, moving, even disturbing — but still crafted in a way that captures the eye and stirs something inside.

Aesthetically beauty is fulfilling in itself,  like planting a garden — not because you need it for survival, but because watching it grow and bloom is rewarding.
